I can't check the roles checkboxes until I force the container of those checkboxes to have a height value (e.g., 50px) that pushes the Disable link checkbox down.

Roles checkboxes are not "checkable".

But the Disable link is "checkable" (hmmm).

The Disable link's container is overlapping all the roles checkboxes.

If I manually set that height to 50px, it forces that Disable link container down to the next line.
