Current Behaviour
When a Purchase Order is in the "Created" status, clicking the three-dot action menu on an individual PO item does not display an option to cancel or remove the item. Interestingly, once the PO is transitioned to the "Approved" status, an option for "Removing item" becomes available. This creates an inconsistency where users are unable to remove specific line items from a newly created draft PO, limiting their ability to modify the order before it is approved.
Expected Behaviour
The three-dot action menu for a PO item in the "Created" state should include a "Cancel" or "Remove item" option, matching the functionality available in the "Approved" state. Users must be able to successfully remove or cancel individual line items before the overall Purchase Order progresses to further stages.
