# Connect your apps

> Connect Jam to your support desks and monitoring platforms or send Jams straight to your project management tools and AI agents. No copy-pasting, no lost context.

## Overview

Open [**Settings → Integrations**](https://jam.dev/s/settings/integrations) to connect your tools and route each Jam to the right place.

    Authenticate with the tools your team uses. Available integrations include:

    * **AI & Webhooks:** ChatGPT, Claude, MCP, Webhooks
    * **Customer support:** Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Intercom Fin AI, Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk
    * **Error tracking:** FullStory, LogRocket, Sentry
    * **Project management:** Asana, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack

        When creating a new Jam, select your destination from the **link to share** menu before clicking **Create**. Jam posts the capture to the selected tool with all technical context attached.

        For existing Jams, open the Jam and click **Send to app** to push it to any connected integration.
