Just launched! Get customer bug videos w/o private data

Today we launched built-in privacy for customer support Jams. Now whenever your customers record a Jam, any sensitive info on their screen will be blurred out.

It works automatically, so your customers don’t have to do anything. Whether you’re using Intercom, or any other customer support tool, all you have to do is send a recording link. Fields such as credit cards & passwords will appear blurred as soon as they start recording.
