Getting Started

Create Your Team Workspace

Start setup Go to jam.dev and on the top left workspace select click "join or create workspace"

Name your team name Enter a team name that your colleagues will recognize

Invite teammates Add email addresses or use the generated invite link to share with your team

Add payment info Provide payment details to start your 14-day free trial (no charges during trial)

Workspace Discoverability

New teams have workspace discoverability enabled by default. Colleagues with your company email domain can easily find and join your team. Learn more about Workspace Visibility

Deleting a Workspace

Admins can delete a workspace by reaching out to support. Please note this action is not reversible.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will only be charged after the 14-day trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.

Can I control who joins my team workspace?

Yes. Team admins can disable workspace discoverability in team settings, and you always control who gets invited directly. Learn more about Workspace Visibility.

How many viewer seats can I have?

Viewer seats are unlimited and free. You only pay for Creator/Admin seats that can create and manage Jams. Learn more about Members and Roles.
