Step-by-step guide how to get perfect customer recordings from Freshdesk support requests

  1. Create a new Recording Link from the Jam browser extension

  2. Copy & Paste the customer conversation URL in the Recording Link description (e.g. https://yourcompany.freshdesk.com/agent/tickets/125324

  3. Share the Recording Link in the customer conversation

  4. When the recording is ready, you will receive an email with the customer recording with a reference to the corresponding customer conversation
