Step-by-step guide how to get perfect customer recordings from Zendesk support requests

  1. Create a new Recording Link from the Jam browser extension.

  2. Copy & Paste the customer conversation URL as the Recording Link name (e.g., https://yourcompany.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/ABC-12345-XYZ.

  3. Share the Recording Link in the customer conversation.

  4. When the recording is ready, you will receive an email with the customer recording with a reference to the corresponding customer conversation.
