Open Settings
Go to Settings → Integrations.

Connect your tools
Authenticate with the tools your team uses. Available integrations include:
- AI & Webhooks: ChatGPT, Claude, MCP, Webhooks
- Customer support: Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Intercom Fin AI, Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk
- Error tracking: FullStory, LogRocket, Sentry
- Project management: Asana, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack

Send Jams to your tools
- New Jams
- Send existing Jams
When creating a new Jam, select your destination from the link to share menu before clicking Create. Jam posts the capture to the selected tool with all technical context attached.
