Integrations overview - Jam Documenation

Jam integrations send each bug report to the tools where your team already works. Every shared Jam keeps the recording, screenshot, console logs, network requests, and device details attached. Open Settings → Integrations to connect your tools and route each Jam to the right place.

Authenticate with the tools your team uses. Available integrations include:

AI & Webhooks: ChatGPT, Claude, MCP, Webhooks
Project management: Linear, Jira, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Azure DevOps, Asana, ClickUp, GitLab

Send Jams to your tools

New Jams
Send existing Jams

When creating a new Jam, select your destination from the link to share menu before clicking Create. Jam posts the capture to the selected tool with all technical context attached.
