Jam for iOS lets you capture bug reports directly from your iPhone or iPad, with screen recording, AI-generated titles, and one-tap sharing to your issue tracker.
Visit the App Store to download Jam for iOS.

What you can do with Jam for iOS

  • Record your screen to capture and share mobile bugs.
  • Trim, annotate, and comment to clarify the issue before sharing.
  • Create a shareable link or send directly to your issue tracker.
  • AI title and summary. Narrate your recording and Jam transcribes the audio to generate a title and description automatically.
  • Auto-captions: Jam generates captions from your voiceover, making recordings easier to follow without audio.
  • Watch existing Jams from your workspace.
Supported languages for AI transcription: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). If your region isn’t listed, Jam uses the nearest equivalent with an already-installed model.

How to record a Jam on iOS

1

Open Jam and start a broadcast

Open the Jam app and tap the strawberry button. Then tap Start Broadcast to begin screen recording.
2

Navigate to the issue

Switch to the app or website where the bug occurs. Narrate what you’re seeing and doing if you want AI-generated captions and a summary.
3

Stop the recording

When you’re done, tap the red status bar or screen recording indicator at the top of your screen and confirm Stop, or navigate back to Jam and tap the stop button there.
4

Trim and describe

Trim the video to the relevant section, add a description if needed, then tap Create Link.
5

Share your Jam

Wait a few seconds for your Jam to process. Once processing is complete, the link is automatically copied to your clipboard. Make sure the Jam app is open and active on screen when this happens.
